Graphene Partners welcomes three new team members, extends service offering

4th September 2014

Graphene Partners, one of Central and Eastern Europe’s fastest-growing supply chain advisory firms, has further strengthened its team with three new Partners, and extended its service offering to include supply chain procurement and customer service.

Dominika Agnieszka Wawrowska has joined the Graphene Partners team after over twelve years in increasingly senior procurement roles with GSK and British American Tobacco. One of Dominika’s most recent roles at BAT was Head of Indirect Procurement for Western Europe, with responsibility for 19 countries and an annual spend exceeding GBP 1 billion.

Jan Hoheker’s twenty year career in supply chain has involved increasingly senior roles with retailers such as IKEA, leading FMCG manufacturers including Reckitt Benckiser and Johnson & Johnson, and also in the 3PL industry with Wincanton, Fiege and FM Logistic. Jan’s last role was Operations Director CEE North with Johnson & Johnson, where he was responsible for projects including the introduction of a new distribution solution for six end markets, generating 80% logistics cost savings while improving customer service. His experience spans the supply chain from logistics and planning to customer service and purchasing, and includes extensive knowledge of ERP and MRP systems.

Konrad Rosiński has joined Graphene Partners with over fifteen years’ experience in logistics and supply chain management. He has worked in senior management roles for 3PLs including Maersk, heading sales and operational divisions. Since 2009, Konrad has concluded supply chain advisory projects across EMEA, including implementation of new operations in Morocco for a leading white goods manufacturer, and warehouse process optimisation in Belgium for a global fashion retailer. Most recently, Konrad has been managing a European tender for JIT/JIS supply chain operations for a leading automotive manufacturer, and designing VMI processes for automotive plants across Europe.

Adam Chazanow, Managing Partner at Graphene Partners commented: “Dominika, Jan and Konrad all have many years of hands-on experience managing challenging supply chain and procurement projects. Our Clients confirm no other organisation in Central & Eastern Europe can compete with our depth and breadth of industry knowledge. We’re delighted to welcome Dominika, Jan and Konrad to the team; our Clients are already benefitting from their experience.”

Dominika Wawrowska added: “Many companies have developed a procurement and customer service strategy, however the quality of its execution often leaves much room for improvement. Graphene Partners’ hands-on approach is all about helping Clients implement strategy for maximum benefit and ensuring the organisation works as effectively as possible. Immediately after joining, I started work on developing and implementing a new customer service strategy for one of the world’s largest FMCG manufacturers.”

Jan Hoheker said: “While in my previous corporate roles, I had the opportunity to work with several consultancy firms. Results were typically below expectations – the consultants didn’t have enough operational depth of knowledge to give relevant tactical advice, and we were left with strategic recommendations which often could not be successfully implemented. In this respect, the Graphene Partners proposition is unique in Central & Eastern Europe and it’s immensely rewarding to hear our Clients confirm this view.”

Konrad Rosiński commented: “I’m excited to be able to add my experience to Graphene Partners’ team of supply chain professionals. As our Clients’ supply chain models continue to evolve, there is a growing need for practical advisory support with a focus on successful implementation and delivering measurable benefits.”
