With the explosion of e-commerce, increasing pressure from customers to reduce lead times and expand product offerings, we see unprecedented demand for process automation in the warehouse. Automation providers and their resources cannot fully keep up with the demand, which leads them to prioritise engagement in projects when the requirements are precise, so the implementation has the greatest chance of success.

We help fill the competence gap in our customers’ teams, starting from defining the requirements, selecting the automation supplier(s), detailed design, negotiation of the best costs and conditions of implementation and subsequent maintenance, and realization and achievement of target capacity.
